Event Participation

By registering for Kim's Cup Championship, you agree to abide by all competition rules, regulations, and the decisions of event officials.

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration and sign all required waivers.

All competitors must check in at the designated time. Failure to check in may result in disqualification without a refund.

Registration & Payment

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

Prices are subject to change. Early bird and group discounts, if offered, are available for a limited time only.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Master Kim's Martial Arts.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the event organizers. Processing fees may be non-refundable.

In the event that Kim's Cup Championship is cancelled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Martial arts competition involves inherent risks of injury. By registering, participants (and their guardians, if applicable) acknowledge and accept these risks.

Master Kim's Martial Arts, Kim's Cup Championship, its organizers, officials, volunteers, and venue operators shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to competing.

Photography & Media

By attending or participating in Kim's Cup Championship, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, social media, and future event marketing.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff in writing prior to the event.

Code of Conduct

All participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect for others.

Unsportsmanlike conduct, verbal or physical abuse, or any behavior deemed disruptive by event officials may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the venue without a refund.
