Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

By registering for, participating in, or attending any event, class, tournament, or program hosted, organized, or affiliated with Master Kim's Kumsung Martial Arts — including but not limited to the Kim's Cup Championship — all participants, parents/guardians, spectators, and representatives of any affiliated organizations acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation in martial arts activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

You hereby release, waive, and discharge Master Kim's Kumsung Martial Arts, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, affiliated organizations, venue operators, and their respective agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in or attendance at any event or program.

This waiver applies to all participating organizations, teams, schools, and their members. Each participating organization is responsible for ensuring that its own members, competitors, coaches, and representatives have acknowledged and accepted this waiver prior to participation.

This waiver shall be binding upon the participant, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

No Refund Policy: All registration fees, entry fees, and payments associated with events, tournaments, and programs hosted by Master Kim's Kumsung Martial Arts are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation by the participant, inability to attend, disqualification, or event changes. In lieu of a refund, a credit of equal value will be issued and may be applied toward future events, tournaments, or programs hosted by Master Kim's Kumsung Martial Arts. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Parent/Guardian Consent: For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must acknowledge and accept this waiver and refund policy on the minor's behalf.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
